ISO 9001:2015 is a instrument very important to provide satisfation to our costumers and to help the organizations to grow in every dimensions promoting more trust in the international trade. ISO 9001 is globaly accepted and give guarantees about the quality of the service or company in the relation client/provider. ISO 9001: 2015 can create business oportunities because being granted for ISO can be a powerfull marketing tool.
